Over a period of several weeks a large number of Christian Appalachian employees,and volunteers have traveled to the Mississippi Gulf coast to aid in the the relief efforts following Hurricane Katrina. Here are photos and reflections from the folks who have been a part of this tremendous effort. As a theme I have chosen "Ease the Burden". These words came from a prayer voiced during our evening devotionals. From tremendous loss comes burdens. I trust the Lord we are doing our part to ease them.
